1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at cigarcliquellc@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Please provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and clear photographs if applicable (for damaged items).
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
  • Returns should be sent to the address provided with the RA number.

4. Refund and Exchange Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • For refunds, the original payment method used for the purchase will be credited.
  • Exchanges will be shipped promptly after approval, and you will be provided with a tracking number.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for certain items, including but not limited to intimate apparel, custom-made or personalized items, and final sale or clearance items.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.
